This is the PLAI-STRLC's final report on the Phase II of the Cascading of the IFLA-FAIFE Internet Manifesto in Southern Tagalog Region. The report include the following: I. The said project has been implemented from June - September 2009 and culminated with a final report that was presented during the Council's Annual Conference last October 7-9, 2009 in Antipolo City.
