Dear Colleagues:

Greetings!

We would like to invite you and your staff to attend the forum with the topic “The Library At Its Best: A forum on sharpening integrity towards effective customer relations” on January 13, 2016 from 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 n.n. to be held at the Pamanang Bedista, San Beda College, Mendiola, Manila.

The forum aims to:
1. Redefine the library as a research haven for conducive study and discovery;
2. Reorient the library staff and customers on the value of silence and discipline;
3. Demonstrate positive customer service through improved library attendance, use of resources and feedback forms.

Participants will be charged two hundred pesos (P200.00) to cover certificates and snacks. Registration starts at 7:30 a.m.
