Prof. Corazon Nera served as the resource speaker on Collection Management during the PLAI-STRLC Regional Conference on "Empowering Librarians in the 21st Century" last September 24-26, 2008 at the Queen Margarette Hotel, Lucena City. The organizers were requested to provide sample collection development policies to be distributed to participants.
