June 4, 2008 – Induction of OMLA Officers by Ms Audrey Anday during the DepEd Library Hub Orientation Workshop, Calapan, Oriental Mindoro.

May 16-17, 2008 – NOCEI sponsored Seminar on "Library 2.0 : Challenges and Prospects for Information Professionals" held at DLSU-Dasmariñas, Dasmariñas, Cavite. Mr. Rene Manlangit and Ms. Audrey Anday served as resource speakers while Mr. Marcial Batiancila as emcee.

November 14, 2007 – STRLC sponsored the following attendees: Jane Lantaca-Bebeng (Council Chair/Member, NBOT ), Lourdes Soriano (Council Auditor), Milagros Pangilinan (HOD/Acting Treasurer), Adelina Esperante (NOMELEC), and Theresa Zapanta (NOMELEC), to the PLAI National Congress held at De La Salle-College of Saint Benilde Angelo King International Center, Taft, Manila. Attendees to the General Assembly included HOD Rene Manlangit and incoming Council Chair Marcial Batiancila and incoming NOMELEC Chair Charity Mahusay.

November 26, 2004 – Attendance of the 3 elected PLAI-STRLC House of Delegates to the 1st PLAI-National House of Delegates meeting and election of the 1st set of PLAI-National Board of Trustees (BOT). Ms. Lourdes Soriano was the 1st STRLC member elected to the PLAI National BOT.
October 5, 2004 – PLAI Region IV Librarians General Assembly and Election of 1st set of PLAI-STRLC Officers with Ms. Lourdes Soriano accepting the 1st Chairmanship of the PLAI-STRLC Board of Directors (BOD) at the Conference Room of UPLB Main Library, Los Baños, Laguna.
