The Network of CALABARZON Educational Institution, Inc. (NOCEI), an organization of 15 public and privately-owned educational institutions, through its Research Committee will be holding the 2007 NOCEI Research Forum, with the theme "Strengthening the Culture of Research in Higher Education Institutions (HEI's) in CALABARZON" on October 19, 2007 at the San Pablo Colleges, San Pablo City, Laguna.
This forum aims to strengthen the research capability of faculty and students of the region; disseminate new knowledge and discoveries in various field of discipline; foster research culture among higher education institution; and provide a venue for scientific and scholarly discourse among academicians and researchers particularly on practices for promoting and strengthening research culture in their respective institutions.
