Just viewed PLAI-CaVRLC awhile ago and was glad that they posted already the PLAI-National approved resolutions we are eagerly waiting for a hard copy since attending that special meeting at PLAI-National Headquarters last August 19, 2008. RESOLUTION ADOPTING THE 2007 COUNCIL ELECTION GUIDELINES AS 2008 INTERIM RULES FOR THE COUNCIL NOMINATION & ELECTION
Also posted is the 2008 COUNCIL INTERIM ELECTION GUIDELINES which is a revision of the 2007 Election Guidelines minus the provision we criticized last year.
PLAI-STRLC NOMELEC also drafted an Election Guidelines to be observed during our scheduled Regional General Assembly (RGA) on September 26, 2008 which the Council Officers deliberated & polished during the Regular Meeting held at Sacred Heart College last August 12, 2008. Posting and adoption of the said draft election guidelines was deferred pending receipt of the PLAI-National Election Guidelines to hammer out inconsistencies (if any), and taking into consideration PLAI-STRLC developed governance conditions, practices and experiences since the Council establishment way back in 2004.
