a) paper ballot - return to any UPLSAA Officers or to UP-SLIS Office

c) email - send to to uplsaa@ yahoo.com
Elect only nine (9) candidates from the list. Electing more than 9 will result to an invalid ballot.
An increase of male candidates from 2 of last year to 5 this year was noted.
