What is FRBR?
This 8 pages pamphlet written by Barbara Tillett provides a brief overview of the Functional Requirements for Bibliographic Records (FRBR) as developed by the International Federation of Library Associations (IFLA). Cataloger and librarians in general may find this pamphlet instructional/informative in our initial understanding of this concept which will replace the ACCR2.
