In line with the leave of absence of NOCEI Chair-Library Committee, Marcial Batiancila of San Sebastian Recoletos-Cavite as 2009-2010 Erasmus Scholar, a new set of officers was appointed last July 28, 2009 at the St. Bridget College, Batangas City to facilitate the continuity of activities.
