STRLC Delegates to the PLAI Congress

There were 30 PLAI-STRLC librarians including para-professional who attended the 2009 PLAI Congress last November 25-27, 2009 at The Heritage Manila Hotel, Pasay City. There were a few members who opted to attend only the General Assembly, 3rd day of the Conference.
