CPE is a good idea, but some if not most librarians use office hours doing it. leaving their staff carry the work load. after which they got the cash(promotions) and the credit. and the staff a low grade in the evaluation. and demonitized benefits.
These survey questions are interesting. This will let us see the importance of CPE and how many people are taking it.
