The National Commission for Culture and the Arts - National Committee on Library and Information Services (NCCA-NCLIS), The National Library of the Philippines (NLP), in cooperation with the Association of Librarians in Public Sector (ALPS), Inc. and Cebu Public Librarians Association (CPLA) will hold the 1st International Conference of Public librarians on March 19-21, 2014 at the City Sports Club Cebu, Cardinal Rosales Ave, Cebu Business Park Cebu City. The theme of the activity is "The Role of Libraries in Serving Persons With Disabilities (PWDs)".

All public librarians and other interested librarians are enjoined and invited to participate in this activity. The Conference fee is Php 3,500.00 inclusive of am/pm snacks and lunches. Payment may be made by cash or check payable to :
