The Philippine Association of Teachers of Library and Information Science (PATLS) will be conducting its 5th Librarians Licensure Examination Review for 4 hours from 9am - 1pm which will commence on the 15th of February and will end on the 29th of March 2015 (7 Sundays) at the College of Education - University of Sato Tomas, Espana Manila.
