The National Commission for Culture and the Arts-National Committee on Library and Information Services (NCCA-NCLIS) National Library of the Philippines (NLP), Association of Librarians in Public Sector (ALPS) Inc., and Public Librarians Association of Ilocos Norte (PLAIN), will conduct the National Conference of Public Librarians with the theme The Role of the Digital Libraries in the Regional Integration Era from March 11 to 13, 2015 at the Plaza del Norte Hotel and Convention Center, Laoag City, Ilocos Norte.
