We are cordially inviting everyone to our forum entitled, “Beyond CS and CX: Making Your Library Customer-Centric” to be held on 12 September 2019, 2:00pm-3:00pm at Meeting Room 3, SMX Convention Center, SM Mall of Asia Complex, Pasay City.
This forum endeavors to enable participants to apply the core concepts of Customer-Centric Innovation (CCI) in libraries in order to provide the complete customer experience and ensure customer success and satisfaction.
