25th Library and Information Services Month

November is Library and Information Services month in line with Presidential Proclamation no. 837 s. 1991. The celebration aims to focus public awareness to the invaluable service that Libraries and Information Centers render, i.e. providing data and materials for lifelong knowledge and learning, for research and for leisure.
