1. Please check po your email. Nagpapadala po ng email ang registration committee pag meron hindi malinaw sa nai-upload na files (e.g. blurred ang image or pixelated ang deposit slip at hindi mabasa ang nakasulat na details) hindi sumunod sa guidelines (walang name(s) nakasulat sa deposit slip), etc.
2. Hindi po ma-process sa next stage of verification (pag verify ng deposit, paggawa ng OR, etc.) ang online registration nio unless ma correct un noted deficiency in this level na pinapaalam via an email message.
3. Sagutin po ang email, i-correct ang noted deficiency, or upload ang needed/corrected files, etc.
4. Bukod sa inbox nio, please check also your spam folder baka doon napapunta ang email message na pinadala ng registration committee.
5. As much as possible po, please use your personal email not the email address of your staff, co-workers or invented email address para maka receive ng notifications.
6. Pued nio po ma-edit ang profile info/details nio once naka login kayo (e.g. maglagay ng valid email address para makatanggap ng notice).
7. Pued po i-upload ang naibigay sa inyong COGS ngaun 2019 if hindi makita ang OR ng binayaran.
8. Please contact also your Regional Council (RC) officers if meron kayo ma-encounter pa problema para matulungan kayo at para alam din nila sino sino from your Council ang aattend for logistical consideration, transportation coordination, etc.
