Ms. Vilma G. Anday delivered a paper entitled "The Role of Libraries and Librarians in Information Literacy" during the PLAI-STRLC Regional Conference on Promoting Information Literacy for Lifelong Learning last September 25-26, 2006 at the Capuchin Retreat Center, Barangay San Sebastian, Lipa City, Batangas.
