We have received inquiries regarding how to get to the venue of the "Regional Conference on Empowering Librarians in the 21st century" and its fare.
If your coming from Manila:
1) Take the LUCENA bound buses from CUBAO (e.g. JAC Liner, JAM) and tell the Conductor to drop you at Queen Margarette Hotel. Aircon bus fare is around PhP 217.50
If your coming from Rizal Province:
1) You may opt to go via Antipolo City. Take a jeepney in Antipolo bound for Siniloan or Pagsanjan, Laguna. From Pagsanjan take another jeepney bound for Lucena. Jeepney fare should be relatively cheaper . (However, that there might be several transfer of transportation involved.)
If your coming from Batangas Province:
1) From Batangas City, ride the Supreme bus bound for Lucena City. From Lucena, take a jeepney going to Queen Margerette Hotel.
If you'll be coming from Calamba area and nearby Laguna towns:
1) From Turbina, take a bus (JAC Liner or any LUCENA bound bus) and tell the Conductor to drop you at Queen Margarette Hotel. Aircon bus fare is more or less PhP 100.00 or
2) Take a jeepney going to San Pablo City (fare from Calamba to San Pablo -- PhP 50.00) and get down at the first Stop-light (Sambat). From there take a jeepney going to SPC Medical Center or Tanuauan or Alaminos (fare: PhP 8.00) and get down at "Bus Stop" -- In front of SPC Medical Center, take a LUCENA bound bus from Chowking area and tell the Conductor to drop you at Queen Margarette Hotel. Aircon bus fare is more or less PhP 70.00)
