Addendum to October 7-9, 2009 PLAI-STRLC Conference and GA

As per STRLC Board meeting yesterday, 11 August 2009, there will be some additional rates for the Registration fee for the 2009 PLAI-STRLC Conference and General Assembly on October 7-9, 2009 at the Eastern Manila Hotel & Training Center with the theme: "Meeting the Challenges of Librarianship Across Barriers". EARLY BIRDS (Confirmation of attendance on or before 7 September 2009 with Php 1000 deposit which is non-refundable. Account number to be posted soon)
Live-OUT: Php 2,500 - to include meals, conference kits and certificate
Live - IN: Php 3,300 - to include accommodation, meals, conference kits and certificate
Accompanying person: Php 2,200 - to include accommodation and meals

For those attending in groups of 5 or more, from the SAME institution, you can avail of the Early Rates even if you make your reservation after 7 September 2009.

Live - IN: Php 3,500 - to include accommodation, meals, conference kits and certificate
Accompanying person: Php 2,400 - to include accommodation and meals

Note for the Fellowship on the 1st night, we encourage participants to come in their Luau attire and bring along your bathing suits (women) or trunks (men) since the swimming pool is free for use in the duration of the stay. Thank you.

For STRLC Members who will be attending only the General Assembly, registration fee is Php 500, to cover lunch, snacks and certificate.

We encourage everyone to confirm your participation with any STRLC Board Member or Provincial Chapter Representatives so that there will be no shortage in food, accommodation, kits, conference proceedings and be of better service to you.
