Dear Fellow LIS Educators,

Greetings!

The Philippine Association of Teachers of Library and Information Science will be hosting the 24th LIS Wizard competition this coming November 16, 2015 (Monday) from 1:00 – 5:00 in the afternoon at the 4th Floor, Law Library, Malcolm Hall, UP Diliman, Quezon City.

With this, we would like to invite a team composed of two of your students to participate in the said event. Please see attached mechanics, reminders and program for details. You may send the names of your school's representatives to: yhna@slis.upd.edu.ph. Thank you and we hope to see you at our event.

Winners of the LIS Wizard Competition

It was announced during the Librarians Forum & Fellowship Luncheon at the Shangrila Restaurant last November 29, 2008 the winners of the LIS Wizards contest held in celebration of the NBW 2008 activities. A few days later, Ms. Sharon Esposo, the 17^th LIS Wizard Competition chair, emailed the complete list of the winners and the names of the other contestants from the participating institution. Our congratulations to all winners and participating instiutions. Kudos to PATLS for spearheading this noble NBW activity.
