Pursuant to Article V, Section 2. Annual Convention. (The National Board of Trustees shall call all members to an annual general or special convention to be held every 4rth Friday of November to consider matters pertaining to the following. . .), please be informed that there will be a General Assembly on November 23, 2018 at exactly 1:30 PM to be held at Novotel Manila, Araneta Avenue, Cubao, Quezon City.
