Pursuant to Article V, Section 2. Annual Convention. (The National Board of Trustees shall call all members to an annual general or special convention to be held every 4rth Friday of November to consider matters pertaining to the following. . .), please be informed that there will be a General Assembly on November 23, 2018 at exactly 1:30 PM to be held at Novotel Manila, Araneta Avenue, Cubao, Quezon City.

c. Declaration of Quorum
d. Adoption of the Rules of the General/Special Convention
e. Reading of the Minutes and approval of 2017 General Assembly
f. Clarifications, corrections, and revisions of the minutes of the 2017 General Assembly
g. Business Arising from the Minutes of the 2017 General Assembly
h. President’s Report
i. Treasurer’s Report
j. Ratification of Amendments /Repeal of the Association's Articles of Incorporation and By-Laws (if any)
k. Consideration of other matters which the National Board or the House of Delegates may deem necessary to be presented to the General Assembly.
