PLAI-NCRLC 3rd LibLeaders Conference

PLAI-NCRLC will conduct the 3rd LibLeaders on August 27-28, 2019 at the newly renovated building of the National Library of the Philippines. With the theme “Developing Agile Library Leaders”, the two-day conference will feature lectures and workshops designed to nurture the leadership potentials of librarians.
