2010 NBW Theme

Last June 11, 2010, we attended the PLAI NBOT meeting held at PLAI Headquarters at the National Library. We learned that the 2010 NBW Theme is the Filipino translation of "Global Linkages Through Books and Information Technology and Communication". Rod Tarlit was requested to translate it to Filipino.

Today, during the Council Officers meeting at SSCR-de Cavite, officers offered this translation for consideration of PLAI:

"Pandaigdigan Pakikipag-ugnayan sa Pamamagitan ng Aklat, Teknolohiya at Komunikasyon"

Hopefully before June 2010 ends, the official 2010 NBW Theme will be disseminated by the NBW Committee.
